Eligibility for NATA 2023
Minimum Age:
The aspiring candidate must be 17 years of age as on or before 31st of july 2023.
The candidates must be born on or before 31st of july 2005 in order to be eligible for applying for NATA 2023 exam.
Qualifying Exam:
Candidates who have completed their 10 + 2 examination with physics, chemistry and mathematics or 10+ 3 diploma with mathematics as subject of study can appear for NATA 2023. Candidates appearing for 10+2 examination with physics, chemistry and mathematics as subjects of study or 10+3 diploma with mathematics in the current year may also provisionally appear for NATA-2023.
Appearing Candidates:
The candidates appearing in the qualifying exams are also eligible for applying for NATA 2023 entrance test. Such candidates must pass their qualifying examination and submit proof regarding the same during the time of admission.
Percentage Criteria:
The candidates must have secured at least a minimum of 50% marks in their qualifying examination.
Subjects:
The applicants must have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as mandatory subjects in the qualifying examination.
Humanities Candidates:
Candidates with Arts stream are also eligible to apply, if they have qualified the Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics exams conducted by CBSE.
Minimum Marks:
Atleast 50% marks in +2 and Aggregate marks in Physics, chemistry, and Mathematics is also atleast 50% . For diploma candidates, passed in diploma examination with Mathematics as compulsary subject with atleast 50% marks in Aggregate.
Subjects:
Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects are mandatory in +2 and in diploma Mathematics.
