Chilean architect Alejandro Aravena was awarded the prize in 2016. The nominations are obtained from a range of people including past laureates, academics, critics and others. Additionally, any licensed applicant may submit an application for the award before November 1 every year.

Imagination, creativity, a keen visual perspective and the ability to conceptualize and understand spatial relationships should be a given for any good architect and here at SDSNata, one of the top NATA coaching centres in Trivandrum, Nagercoil, Marthandam and Kanyakumari we ensure to instil these skills in each and every one of our students.
